Personyze
Account-based marketing

B2B Personalization.
Every account sees its own site.

Personyze names the company behind a visit, and the person once they’re known, from your CRM or a link in your email. Its AI writes your site for that account’s industry, tier or stage, in your own voice. You approve every version, and each one is measured against your own page.

For SaaS, professional services, manufacturers and every business that sells to businesses.

Identification

Know the company. Then the person.

Personyze names the company before anyone fills a form, and the person once they click, sign up or answer. Every way fills in the same record.

The companybefore anyone fills a form

The company behind the IP

Reverse IP names it: industry, size and location.

Intent and identification tools

6sense, ZoomInfo, Albacross or Leadfeeder.

The ad or campaign they came from

The ABM ad, UTM campaign or landing page.

Unique links in your emails and LinkedIn messages

Each recipient’s link carries their own ID.

Your CRM record

A known contact in HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.

Forms and sign-ups

A demo request or a sign-up puts a name to it.

Their own answer

One tap on a quick question sets their segment.

You set the order the ways are asked in, and the first that answers places the visit. The company fills only a visit nothing else placed.

When someone identifies themselves (a form, a demo, a link in your email), everything they read before joins their record, so sales opens a history, not a form.

What each account sees

Every account sees proof from its own industry.

Once a visit is placed in a segment (by industry, size or tier, from the company, your CRM, the ad or their own answer), it sees that segment’s version of your site: the hero, header button and meeting booker in their words, written by Personyze’s AI, and customer logos and a case study from their industry.

Proof from your own library

Tag each customer logo and case study with the industries, sizes or countries it stands for, on your Reviews page. Each version leads with its own.

Their words, approved by you

Personyze’s AI writes the hero, header button and meeting booker in your voice. You approve, or let Auto-optimize, and nothing changes until you publish.

Measured against your own page

A visitor no segment matches sees your page as it is, and every version runs beside it, segment by segment.

Email, the B2B loop

Every visit can become a conversation.

When a company visits, its people are found by role and the AI writes each one their own email. Your rep approves it on one screen, their own link brings them back to a site that knows them, and the reply lands on the same screen.

The loop, in an example: Halcyon Freight visits your site and Albacross names it. Its people are found by role and join a list; after their demo, Jordan Ellis adds its VP Operations, Dana Reyes, with a Demo note. In the operator screen's Email, the AI writes Dana her own email from the team's notes and all that is known about her, and it waits in To approve. Jordan approves it and it goes from his own address. She clicks her own link, and your site greets her: Welcome back, Halcyon Freight. Her reply comes back to the same screen, and the AI drafts the answer from your knowledge base.

Round again: an open, a click or a reply can add her to another list, and that list starts its own email.

Pick a step to hold it.

Links only to your sites Any other link waits for a person.

Never an invented price Nor a discount, date or deadline.

Caps per hour and day A large import waits for your OK.

Skips role addresses And test ones, your staff, the unsubscribed.

Sent only after a Save Nothing reaches anyone before it.

CRM targeting

Target by anything your CRM knows.

Tier, deal stage, owner, industry, the lists your sales team keeps, a list of people you upload, or target accounts sent by API. Each account a rule matches sees its version.

Your CRM on every visit

Tier, stage, owner and any custom field from Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho reach the visit. With Salesforce, a visitor whose company is identified is matched to its Account by domain, before any form.

Any source, one rule

Mix CRM fields with company data from 6sense, ZoomInfo or Clearbit, audiences from Segment or Tealium, or your own data by API. Save the audience once and use it in every campaign.

Staging first, then live

Check each rule on staging and send sales a preview link, then publish. Choose who may edit staging or live, and sign in through your own SSO.

A/B testing for accounts

A/B test every account segment. Against your own page.

For each segment, like Tier 1 logistics accounts, two versions you approved compete with each other and with your own page. Auto-optimize sends more visits to what works, retires the loser and writes a new one to try.

Your page stays in every test

It keeps the share of visits you choose, from 5% to 50%, so every result compares a version with the page you have.

Results for each segment

Sessions and conversions for each version, on your goal: a demo booked, a form sent, a meeting booked. Switch any version off and its visits go to the others.

Test what you build, too

Build your own headline, CTA or case study in the editor and A/B test it for a named account group: each audience gets its own winner. A/B testing by audience

Widgets for B2B

Every widget, put to work for B2B.

A meeting booker, an AI chat, a content finder, offers by tier, surveys, recommendations, customer logos and pop-ups, each shown by company, industry, tier or CRM field. For whatever you sell to businesses: legal advice, software, freight or pump parts.

A law firm offers HR leads a consultation with an employment lawyer. The booker is a campaign action, so each audience gets its own meeting, wording and host, at times shown in the visitor’s own time zone, and every booking gets its own Zoom or Meet link. Meeting Scheduler

An IT services firm answers from its own docs, then hands the conversation to sales. It answers from your own pages and files, and hands over to a person, with a subject written from what was being discussed. AI Chat Agent

A manufacturer helps plant engineers find the spec sheet for their line. A reader describes the problem in their own words and gets a few pieces from your library and your own pages, each with the reason it fits, behind a bar worded for each segment. AI Content Finder

A SaaS company offers free onboarding to its Tier 2 accounts. List your offers once, each with its own audience, from a CRM field to a company size. The AI shows each visitor one that fits, and keeps learning from every view, click and purchase. AI Promotions

An accounting firm asks: startup, small business or enterprise? One tap sets the segment. The answer is saved on the visitor’s profile with the tap, for your campaigns to act on: here, the page they see next. Surveys & NPS

A consultancy shows each reader the next case study from their own industry. Show each reader the next case study, webinar or guide. For B2B, match the company’s industry, from your own data or a firmographic integration, and what fits moves to the front. Content Recommendations

A logistics provider shows a food maker the logos and a case study of food makers. Tag each logo and case study with who it is for. Each visitor sees the customers most like them, by industry and company size, and a visitor you know nothing about still sees the full strip. Reviews & Testimonials

A finance firm offers logistics CFOs its freight report, as they leave. A sticky bar, a pop-up, a slide-in or a block in the page, fired on load, scroll, idle, a timer or exit intent, for the companies you choose, and capped so nobody sees the same ask twice. Banners & Pop-ups

An agency greets Halcyon Freight by name, dropped into its own headline. Click any part of your page to rewrite, restyle or move it, and drop in the company’s name or any CRM field. Every change is listed beside the page. Visual editor

A parts distributor puts a sales engineer on WhatsApp, in office hours only. WhatsApp opens to your number with the page already named in the message, and you choose who sees the button and when: opening hours, country, device and page. WhatsApp chat button

What is account-based marketing personalization?

Account-based marketing personalization tailors your website to the company behind each visit — its industry, size, tier or buying stage — instead of showing every B2B visitor the same page. With Personyze, AI writes a version of your pages’ key parts for each kind of account, you approve every version, and each one is measured against your own page.

How do you identify the company, and the person, behind a visit?

The company first: from the IP, through the ABM data providers you already use — 6sense, Albacross, ZoomInfo, Leadfeeder or Leadinfo — with its industry, headcount and revenue, or from the ad or campaign that brought the visit. Then the person: your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) with their tier, stage and owner, the unique link in your email or LinkedIn message, a form or sign-up, or their own answer to one short question, such as “What brings you here?” The people at a visiting company you have not met yet are found by role in Apollo or Hunter. You choose the order the sources are asked in; a visit none of them answers sees your own page.

Who writes what each account sees?

Personyze does, and you approve it. It reads your site, proposes the segments who visit it — by industry, size or tier — and its AI writes a version of each part you switch on for every segment, in your own voice: the hero, the header button, customer logos from companies like theirs, the order of your case studies, a form. Approve, edit or write any version again, or change any part yourself in the visual editor and drop in the company’s name or any CRM field. Nothing reaches your site until you publish, first to staging, then live.

How does a link in my email identify the person?

Each recipient’s link carries their own ID. When they click it, Personyze knows who they are and which company they are from, so the page they land on, and every page after it, can speak to them — no form, no login. It works the same in your emails and in LinkedIn messages.

Can Personyze email the people at a company that visited?

Yes, through Personyze’s Apollo and Hunter integrations. When a company visits your site, Personyze looks up the people with the roles you choose at that company in Apollo or Hunter — their email address and role — and adds them to a list. A person’s email can also be one you provide, added by hand or from your own list, or come from your CRM; all of them feed the same lists. Joining a list starts an automatic email: Personyze’s AI writes each person their own email, in your voice, from your instructions and example emails. Review each one before it goes, or let them send by themselves; unsubscribed and suppressed people are never written to, and replies land in the campaign that sent the email. See email personalization.

How do I know a version works?

Your own page stays in the test — you choose its share, from 5% to 50% of visits — so every version is measured against it, segment by segment, in sessions and conversions. Switch a version off any time, or let Auto-optimize send more visits to what wins, retire what loses and pause a segment where your own page does better. See A/B testing by audience.

Which CRMs and ABM tools do you integrate with?

Native connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Segment, Tealium. ABM intelligence partners include 6sense, Albacross, ZoomInfo, Leadinfo, Leadfeeder. For anything not on the list, our generic CRM & data API can ingest target account lists, contact records, deal stage, intent scores, or any custom field.

What about GDPR, CCPA and data privacy?

Personyze is GDPR-compliant and CCPA-compliant. Identifying the company from an IP uses company-level data; no individual identifiers are derived from an IP alone. Personalization from your CRM respects the opt-in and consent your CRM records.

How does pricing work?

Pricing scales with your traffic — not per target account or per data provider. Plans run from a free tier (5K page views) to Enterprise; see plans and pricing.
