Leadinfo integration

The company behind the visit, from Leadinfo

Personyze reads the company Leadinfo has already identified in the visitor’s browser and keeps it as a visitor attribute you can target — an industry-specific headline, a named-account message, a route to sales for the companies worth a call. There is no API key and nothing to configure: if Leadinfo runs on your site, it is one click.

Read in the browser, not from our servers. The endpoint their script calls identifies whoever calls it, so a server-side lookup would return our datacentre instead of your visitor.

Why it matters

Most B2B traffic never fills in a form. The company still tells you what to say.

A visitor from a manufacturer and a visitor from an agency read the same homepage and need different sentences. Leadinfo resolves the company behind a visit; Personyze turns that into targeting, so the headline, the proof points, the case studies and the call to action can follow the account instead of the average.

Leadinfo is strongest in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, where it is a common fixture on B2B sites — and where it often already runs on the site before anyone thinks about personalization. Companies it does not recognise, and visits from home or mobile connections, simply record no company, so your default page stays the default.

What you can do

What Leadinfo + Personyze unlocks

01

One click, no key

Every other company-identification tool works from an API key you fetch from the vendor. Leadinfo publishes no public API, so Personyze reads what their own script has already put on the page. Turn it on and the attributes start filling.

02

Company and city as attributes

Two visitor attributes arrive by default — Leadinfo company and Leadinfo company city — and they behave like any other attribute: conditions, audiences, reports and content variables.

03

Named-account experiences

Point a condition at your target-account list and the matched companies get their own page: their name in the headline, the case study from their industry, the offer their account manager is working on.

04

Route the visits worth routing

A company from the list on the pricing page can raise a Slack message, email the account owner, or swap the call to action for a meeting booker — while everyone else sees the usual page.

How it works

How it works

Have Leadinfo running on the siteThe integration reads Leadinfo’s own result, so it needs an active Leadinfo subscription and their tracking script installed on your pages.
Turn it on in PersonyzeSettings → Integrations → Leadinfo → Configure → Turn on Leadinfo. There is no key to paste and nothing else to fill in.
Target the companyBuild a condition on Leadinfo company or Leadinfo company city — is one of your account list, contains a keyword, is any of a set of cities — and use it on any campaign.
Add a field if the payload carries oneCompany name and city are the documented fields. If your account’s response holds more, read leadinfo.identify in the browser console and add that key by name.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a Leadinfo API key?
No. Leadinfo publishes no public API and offers no webhooks, so there is no key to issue. Personyze reads the identification their script has already completed in the visitor’s browser, which is why setup is a single switch.
Which fields do I get?
Company name and city, as the visitor attributes Leadinfo company and Leadinfo company city. Those are the two fields Leadinfo documents. If the response on your account carries more keys, you can add them by name from the integration’s settings.
Does it work without a Leadinfo account?
No. This reads Leadinfo’s own result, so it needs their subscription and their script on your site. If you have no company-identification tool yet, Personyze also integrates with Albacross, Leadfeeder, LeadRebel and ZoomInfo, which work from an API key instead.
Will every visitor be identified?
No, and no tool of this kind does. Leadinfo recognises companies whose network it can resolve; home broadband and mobile connections usually resolve to nothing, and then no company is recorded at all. When you exclude by company, switch on “Only match after a value is recorded” so a visit with no company does not fall into the rule by accident.
Is the company looked up on your servers?
No. It is read in the browser, where Leadinfo’s script has already fetched it. The company appears mid-page-load rather than at the first millisecond, and Personyze keeps re-reading the value during the page view, so a campaign matches on the same visit rather than the next one.

Know the company, on the first page.

If Leadinfo already runs on your site, switch it on in Personyze and target the visiting company on the next visit. Or book a demo and we will show it on yours.
