How Personyze personalizes this platform.
Every element in the demo is driven by a real Personyze capability. Here’s what powers each part.
Location Detection (Anonymous Users)
For first-time visitors (the "Anonymous Visitor" persona), we don't have past data. However, using IP Geolocation, we instantly detect they are in Los Angeles. The homepage automatically populates with local concerts, sports games, and theater events happening in LA this week, increasing the relevance immediately. Learn about Website Personalization
CRM Integration (Past Bookings)
For the "Pop Superfan," the system integrates with the CRM / Ticketing Database. It sees the user previously purchased tickets for Taylor Swift. The recommendation engine assumes they enjoy Pop/Top 40 music. Explore Recommendation Engine
- Action: The Hero Banner changes to Olivia Rodrigo (similar artist).
- Cross-Sell: The "Recommended" section specifically suggests artists like Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish.
Behavioral Targeting (Browsing History)
The "Rock Fan" hasn't booked a ticket recently, but their Browsing History (cookie data) shows they viewed the Metallica tour page 3 times in the last week without purchasing. See Behavioral Targeting
- Action: We trigger a "Retargeting" experience. The homepage highlights Iron Maiden and other heavy metal bands.
- Goal: To push the user from "Interest" to "Conversion" by showing relevant inventory in their preferred genre.
Smart Popups & Triggers
Instead of showing the same generic newsletter signup to everyone, we use behavioral triggers to show the right message at the right time. Targeted Banners & Pop-Ups
- Exit Intent (Pop Fan): As the user motions to leave, a high-urgency popup offers "Presale Access Codes" for upcoming Pop tours.
- Scroll Depth (Rock Fan): After reading 70% of a page, a specific "Metal Alert" popup appears, capitalizing on their engagement.
Technical Summary:
This demo utilizes real-time user segmentation. The content (images, text, and recommendations) is swapped dynamically via JavaScript based on the detected "Persona ID" passed from the logic engine. These changes are implemented using the Personyze WYSIWYG Page Editor, Personalization Widgets, and Recommendation Widgets. All capabilities are also available via Server-Side integration.
