The Delighted Alternative
for NPS That Acts
Delighted closed on 30 June 2026. If it ran your NPS — by email, on your site, by link — Personyze asks the same question in the same places, and turns every score into something your site does next.
Simple NPS, Done Right — Until It Was Switched Off
Delighted was loved for being simple: an NPS, CSAT or CES question in an email, on the web or by text, a clean dashboard, and alerts when someone was unhappy. Qualtrics, which bought it in 2018, shut it down on 30 June 2026, and its data was deleted with it.
Personyze runs NPS where your customers already are. The 0–10 question sits inside a Personyze email as one-tap answers, on your site as an NPS bar, and on a survey page of its own. A low score alerts the team, and because every score is saved on the visitor’s profile, detractors and promoters can see different campaigns on your site the next time they visit.
What Delighted Did — and Where It Lives in Personyze
The NPS program, rebuilt on a platform that can act on it.
| Metric | Personyze | Delighted |
|---|---|---|
| NPS by email | One tap in the email The first question sits inside a Personyze email as tappable answers; one tap saves it and opens the rest of the survey on its own page. | Closed Shut down on 30 June 2026. |
| NPS on the site | NPS bar and survey designs Targeted to the right visitors, one question or a short survey. | Closed Web surveys stopped with the service. |
| By link or text | Survey page, QR code, SMS link Every survey can have its own page and link, with a QR code, a password and a close date. | Closed Link and SMS surveys stopped with the service. |
| Dashboard | NPS over time Promoters, passives and detractors, response rates and results by segment, with CSV export. | Closed Historical data was deleted. |
What Personyze Adds
Beyond collecting the score.
| Metric | Personyze | Delighted |
|---|---|---|
| Low-score alerts | Email, Slack, Zapier or a webhook A 0–6 reaches the team while it still matters. | — |
| Acting on the score | On the next visit Detractors can see help, promoters can be asked for a review, on the site and in email. | — |
| Follow-up questions | Only when needed “What went wrong?” asked only after a score of 0–6, with ALL or ANY of up to five conditions. | — |
| Reminders | Built in One reminder to people who did not answer or did not finish. | — |
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we import our Delighted history?
Delighted deleted its data at shutdown, so start from the exports you took before 30 June 2026. From there, Personyze collects NPS on your site and in your emails and reports it over time.
Does Personyze send NPS by email?
Yes. The 0–10 question goes inside a Personyze email as tappable answers that work in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. One tap saves the score and opens any follow-up questions on the survey page. For other email tools, you get a version of the question that uses their merge tags.
Are the answers anonymous?
They are private, not anonymous: each score is saved on the respondent’s profile so the team and your campaigns can act on it. Nothing is shown on your site except totals you choose to display.
