Can I change my package at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans are fully flexible — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Annual plans renew yearly.
How long does it take to launch my first campaign?
It depends on the campaign type. Simple campaigns — a banner, A/B test, or dynamic landing page — can go live in under an hour. Recommendation campaigns that require product or behavioral data onboarding typically take a few days. If you're using our managed service, we'll usually share a preview link within a day and go live shortly after.
Do I need developers to use Personyze?
No. The visual editor handles most campaigns without a single line of code. Developers are only needed for custom integrations or advanced server-side logic.
How does Personyze's managed service work?
Our team can build campaigns inside your account, run strategy sessions, or help you debug live issues. Many teams start with more hours and scale down as they gain proficiency. Managed-service hours reset each month from your signup date.
What are personalization campaigns?
Personalization campaigns are targeted content changes — banners, copy, product grids, entire pages — shown to specific audience segments. For example: show Spanish copy and local product recommendations only to visitors from Mexico browsing in Spanish.
Does Personyze work with my CMS or eCommerce platform?
Yes. Personyze integrates with Shopify, WordPress, Magento, HubSpot, and most CMS or eCommerce platforms — either natively or with a simple script install.
What counts as a page view?
A page view counts each time Personyze loads on a page. Embedded email content, API calls, and mobile app views also count, since they use equivalent processing.
What happens if I exceed my included page views?
You only pay for what you exceed — billed in the block sizes listed on your plan, at the end of the cycle. We never auto-upgrade your plan and never surprise you; overages show up itemized on your invoice.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Personyze uses enterprise-grade security with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
Will Personyze sign a mutual NDA or custom contract?
Our standard user agreement covers most engagements, but we're happy to sign a mutual NDA or review custom contracts on request.
Can I use Personyze across multiple domains?
Yes. Cross-domain tracking, testing, and targeting work out of the box. Your plan lists how many domains are included; add more anytime.
