Three audiences nobody wrote, each with its own page.
Audience Discovery, a Personyze add-on, read this store’s own visitor data and proposed audiences as plain-language rules. The marketer accepted three and gave each a campaign: a shortlist for phone browsers who rarely add to cart, a side-by-side for New York outerwear readers, and a first look for knitwear subscribers. Switch the visitor below to see each one — and everyone else.

Your shortlist, saved for a bigger screen
You have looked at nine things this week. They are all below — send them to your inbox and decide on a laptop, or come back here. Nothing is lost.

Audiences you did not have to write, each with its own page.
Choose what it may read
Location, engagement, content and products, interests, audience lists, CRM fields — each data group is a switch, and a group that is off never appears in a rule.
Read the cards
Once a week the pass proposes audiences as rules of three conditions or fewer, re-measured on visitors they were never fitted on: the groups that convert more than the site, and the groups that convert less.
Use it in a campaign
One click adds the audience to a campaign as a live targeting rule. Then build what that audience needs — a form, a comparison, a first look.
How Personyze personalizes this store with audiences it found.
Nobody wrote these three rules
Each audience on the floating card came out of the weekly pass over the store’s own visitor data, and the marketer accepted it. The cards here are illustrative, but the shape is the real one: a plain-language rule of at most three conditions, the outcome it was measured on, and the data groups it was found in.
Every card says which data it came from
The phone browsers were found in engagement and content data, the New York outerwear readers in location data as well, and the knitwear subscribers in a list and an interest. Any data group can be switched off, and a group that is off contributes to no rule.
An under-performer is a brief, not a verdict
Phone visitors from paid social look at a lot and add very little. Their campaign stops pushing for a purchase: the hero and a one-field form offer to email the shortlist (the store’s email platform sends it, with a Personyze open-time block showing what they viewed), and the recently-viewed row keeps it on the page.
Likely buyers get help choosing, not a code
The New York outerwear readers already buy more often than average, so a discount would only cost margin. They get the coats they keep reading about side by side, in stock only, under a banner with the local forecast.
A list and an interest make a first look
Newsletter subscribers who read about knitwear see the new knitwear first, and their recommendation row is ranked by that interest instead of by store-wide bestsellers.
Everyone else keeps the store as it was
Accepting an audience changes nothing for the people outside it. Each audience is a live targeting rule, so someone who starts matching one is in it on their next visit — no list to rebuild, no export to schedule.
Questions about this example
What does Audience Discovery find?
Once a week it reads the account's own visitor data and proposes audiences as plain-language rules of up to three conditions: groups that reach an outcome such as a purchase, a goal, an add-to-cart, a campaign click or a return visit far more often than the site, and groups that reach it far less often. Every rule is re-measured on visitors it was not fitted on before it is shown.
Which data can a discovered audience come from?
Declared profile fields, CRM fields, location, engagement, campaign interactions, content and products viewed, interests, and the account's audience lists. Each data group is a switch in the settings, and a group that is switched off never appears in a rule. Each card shows which groups its rule was found in.
How does an accepted audience get its own campaign?
Use in a campaign opens a new campaign with the audience as its targeting rule, evaluated live on every visit, so a visitor who starts matching it is in it without any list to rebuild. You can also create a list from it that refreshes daily, or use it to exclude people from a campaign.
Find the audiences in your data.
Audience Discovery reads your own visitors every week, shows you who converts more and who converts less, and turns the ones you accept into targeting you can use in a click.
