Why it matters

You know which companies visit. Not who to write to.

Company identification, such as Albacross, tells you which businesses are reading your pages. But a company name is not someone you can write to, and an anonymous visit leaves no email behind.

With Apollo connected, Personyze finds the people there whose roles you sell to, with their work email, and hands them to an email campaign that writes to each one in your voice. It is account-based marketing that starts on its own, with every visiting company you can sell to.

Not every company

Personal webmail, universities, government, internet providers, hosts, VPNs and coworking spaces are never looked up, and neither are your own web addresses.

Once per company

The same company is followed up once in 30 days, a number you set.

A daily ceiling

At most 20 companies a day unless you change it.

A verified address, at their company

Only an address Apollo verified, at the company’s own domain, is written to. Anyone else goes to your rep instead.

Your credits respected

People are revealed one at a time, stopping at the first verified address. A company’s answer is kept for 30 days, so a repeat visit costs nothing. Out of credits, it holds instead of retrying.

Countries you choose

For the countries you list, your rep is alerted and nobody there is emailed.

Before anything is sent

Caps per hour and per day

Hourly and daily limits on sending hold across your whole account.

Only people who join from now on

An Automatic AI email writes to people who join its list after you publish it. A large import is held for your decision.

Unsubscribes and suppression respected

Your suppression list, unsubscribe preferences and consent rules decide every send.

It declines when it should

Test addresses, role addresses such as info@ and your own staff are skipped, with the reason on the person’s row.

Only your links

The AI links only to your own sites and the links you gave it. Any other link is made unclickable and held for a person to check.

It never invents a price, a discount, a date, a deadline or a commitment.

Common questions

What do I need to connect Apollo?
An Apollo API key. In Apollo, open Settings, then Integrations, then API, and create a key for Personyze. In Personyze, open Integrations, find Apollo, enter the key and press Connect. Personyze checks it with Apollo before saving it; it is stored encrypted and never shown again. If Apollo later refuses the key, it is switched off and the Apollo card says why.
Who does Personyze look for at a company?
The job titles you list (up to ten, such as Head of Marketing or VP Ecommerce) at the ranks that make decisions: owners, founders, C-level, partners, VPs, heads and directors. Each person comes with their name, title, work email and role.
Does it use my Apollo credits?
Yes: each person found uses your Apollo credits. Personyze reveals people one at a time and stops at the first one with a verified email at the company’s own domain. It keeps each company’s answer for 30 days, so a repeat visit costs nothing, and when your credits run out it holds instead of trying again.
What if Apollo has nobody at a company?
If you have connected Hunter, Personyze asks Hunter next. If nobody is found, your rep is alerted with the company, so they can reach it another way.
Does every email wait for my OK?
You choose, per campaign. In review mode, each email waits for your OK on the campaign’s Activity step, one by one or all at once; otherwise the campaign sends by itself. Replies land in the campaign that sent the email. More on the emails themselves: email personalization.
Which companies does it follow up?
