Customer Logos · B2B Personalization

“Trusted by companies like yours.” Make it true.

The logo strip under a B2B hero is usually chosen once and shown to everyone, so a hospital reads six retailers. Here the logos, the testimonial and the case studies follow the visitor’s industry — a bank sees banks, a retailer sees retailers — and a visitor nobody can identify still gets a full strip. Switch the visitor below: the hero stays put, the proof moves.

How it works

One library of logos and stories, matched to every visitor.

01

Tag the logos once

Each customer logo carries who it speaks to: industry, company size, country, region. Upload a file of them, or let the logos on your case studies count.

02

Know the visitor’s industry

From an ABM integration, a form answer in the CRM, or a tagged link in an account email. With none of them, country and region still work.

03

Let the proof follow

The strip leads with their industry, then their size. The testimonial and the stories under it are matched on the same tags.

Under the hood

How Personyze matches the logos and the proof to each visitor.

01

One library of logos, each one tagged

The logos live in the Reviews library, in their own tab: company name, logo and the same “who it is for” tags as reviews — industry, company size, country, region. Logos already attached to testimonials and case studies are used too.

02

Logos like theirs: industry first, then size

The Customer Logos action orders the strip for the visitor in front of it. The bank sees five banks, the retailer five retailers, the hospital five hospitals — from one strip on one page.

03

The heading names the industry only when it is known

“Trusted by banks like yours” is a design whose heading fills in the visitor’s industry. The unidentified visitor in Hamburg gets the plain heading instead of a guess.

04

Three different ways to know the industry

The bank was named by an ABM integration from its IP. The retailer gave her industry on a form, saved to her profile and the CRM. The hospital clicked a tagged link in an account email, and its row in the uploaded target-account list says Hospitals.

05

Nobody sees an empty strip

With no company to match, the strip falls back to the visitor’s country and region — German customers first for a visitor in Hamburg — then the rest in the order the team chose.

06

The testimonial and the stories follow the same tags

The quote is picked from the same library by the Show Reviews action, matched on industry or country, with matches first and the rest behind them. The case study, guide and webinar under it are recommendations filtered to the same industry.

Questions

Questions about this example

Where does Personyze get the visitor's industry from?

From any source that identifies the company: an ABM or company-identification integration that resolves the IP, a form answer saved to the profile or synced from the CRM, or a tagged link in an email or ad that names the account, matched to a target-account list you upload. Without any of them, the visitor's country and region still come from the IP.

What does a visitor see when the company cannot be identified?

A full strip. Matching only changes which logos come first, so an unidentified visitor sees customers from their own country and region first and the rest in the order you set. The heading stays generic instead of naming an industry.

Do the logos have to be uploaded separately from case studies?

No. Customer logos live in the same Reviews library as testimonials and case studies, tagged by industry, company size, country and region, and logos already attached to testimonials and case studies are used automatically. Testimonials can follow the same matching through the Show Reviews action.
