When a new user lands on the site, we lack specific history. To maximize relevance, the personalization engine defaults to a "Best Sellers" strategy combined with IP Geolocation. Tealium → Salesforce Match

When the Tealium Salesforce integration matches the visitor to a known CRM contact, Personyze enriches the profile with Salesforce fields — account, lifecycle stage, and owner — and shows an account-aware experience. Behavioral Retargeting (Cat Interest)

  • Action: The homepage is dynamically rebuilt to focus on Cat supplies.
  • Goal: Reduce bounce rate by showing the user exactly what they were looking for previously (Cat Trees and Scratchers).

Technical Summary:
This demo utilizes real-time user segmentation. The content (hero images, product grids, and coupon codes) is swapped dynamically using the Personyze WYSIWYG Page Editor, Promotion Manager, and Recommendation Widgets, based on the detected "Persona ID". In a live environment, this is handled by Personyze's server-side or client-side injection logic.
