How does Personyze add recommended articles to a newsletter?

You create a content recommendation widget in Personyze and paste the code it gives you into your email template in your existing email tool. When a subscriber opens the email, Personyze fills the slot with articles chosen for that subscriber.

What does Personyze base a subscriber's email recommendations on?

On the reading behavior Personyze tracks on your site, such as the categories and articles a subscriber viewed, together with your content feed, so each subscriber gets articles matching their interests.

Can the same newsletter show different articles to different subscribers?

Yes. You send one template to everyone, and the Personyze slot inside it shows each subscriber their own set of articles.
