Every campaign a person matches, clicks or converts on can be an Amplitude event — named by you, carrying value and currency — sent from Personyze’s servers with no SDK on the page. Cohort, funnel and retention analysis on what personalization actually did.

The event name is the one you type. Value and currency ride along, so the tool can chart what a match was worth.

Why it matters
Personalization is a variable. Put it in the analysis.
Your product analytics know what users do; they do not know which experience Personyze showed them. Sending the match as an event closes that gap: a cohort of people who saw the cart-recovery offer, a funnel that starts at a matched audience, retention by campaign.
The events go server-side, so they arrive whether or not Amplitude’s script loaded on the page, and whether or not the visitor is still on the site — scheduled email campaigns included.
What you can do
What Amplitude + Personyze unlocks
01
Cohorts by campaign
The people who matched an audience or clicked an action become a cohort in Amplitude, ready for retention and behavioural comparison.
02
Funnels that start at a match
Chart what happens after the personalization: from matched, to clicked, to the goal your campaign was aimed at.
03
Value on the event
A match can carry a value and currency — a number or any visitor column — so revenue-weighted analysis works out of the box.
04
Server-side, no SDK
Sent from Personyze’s servers with your project API key. Nothing to add to the page, and nothing lost when a script is blocked.
How it works
How it works
Connect AmplitudeSettings → Integrations → Amplitude. Paste the project API key from Amplitude → Settings → Projects. Tick EU project if the project lives in the EU.
Add the event sender to a campaignAdd Send Event to Analytics (Automation) to any campaign and tick Amplitude. It works on scheduled campaigns and on real-time ones.
Name the eventThe event name you type is the one Amplitude receives. Add a value and currency if the match is worth something.
AnalyseBuild a cohort, a funnel or a retention chart on the event in Amplitude like any other.
No. Events are sent from Personyze’s servers with your project API key. That also means they arrive when a script blocker stops the SDK, or when the campaign was an email sent while the visitor was not on the site.
Nothing is arriving and there is no error. Why?
Almost always the project is in the EU and the EU project switch is off. An EU key used against the US endpoint is accepted and the data is dropped, silently. Tick the switch on the Amplitude card.
Which campaigns can send?
Email & SMS Personalization and Cart Abandonment Emails on their scheduled pass, and Targeting and Personalization, A/B Testing, CRM / User-List Targeting and Landing Page campaigns within about a minute of a match.
Is anything read back from Amplitude?
No. The integration is outbound only.
