Create a connection user in PardotIn Pardot Settings → User Management → Users, create an Admin user not tied to Salesforce SSO — or a limited integration user with View prospects, accounts, and opportunities.
Get the API User KeyIn Pardot → Admin → User Management → Users, open that user and copy the API User Key.
Connect in PersonyzeGo to Personyze Settings → Integrations and click Connect to Pardot, then enter the connection details.

How does Personyze connect to Pardot?
Create a dedicated Pardot Admin user that isn't configured for Salesforce SSO (or a limited integration user with view access to prospects, accounts, and opportunities), get its API User Key, then click Connect to Pardot in Personyze Settings → Integrations.
Do I have to use an admin account?
No. You can create a special integration user instead — it needs view access to opportunities, prospects, and prospect accounts.
Where do I find the Pardot API User Key?
In Pardot → Admin → User Management → Users, open the user you'll use for the connection; the API User Key is listed on the user record.
What can I personalize with Pardot data?
