Before you book
The things people ask us first.
How long is it, really?
Thirty minutes, and we hold to it. If there is more to cover we book the extra time rather than running over yours.
What do you need from me beforehand?
Your website address, and one sentence about what you would like to improve. That is enough for us to do the reading before the call. Nothing to install, no access to anything.
Is it live, or a recording?
Live. You can interrupt, change the audience mid-build, and ask for something we did not prepare. We can send a recording afterwards if you need it for colleagues.
Can I bring the rest of the team?
Please do — marketing, design and whoever owns the site. Up to six people works comfortably on the call; tell us in the booking notes if it will be more.
Do I get to keep what you build?
Yes. We can start a free trial carrying the same configuration you watched us build, so you carry on from where the call stopped instead of from an empty account.
Do you run a proof of concept?
For sites with the traffic to produce a readable result, yes — we scope a free proof of concept on the call and run it on your own traffic before anyone talks about a contract.
What if we are not a fit?
We will say so on the call and tell you what we think would fit better. It costs us half an hour and saves you a procurement cycle.
