Can I use dynamic tags or variables?
Yes. Insert visitor attributes inline anywhere on the page using merge tags like {{firstName}}, {{company}}, {{location}}, or any custom CRM field. Variables update in real time as data is enriched.
Can I build custom audiences and segments?
Yes. Build audiences from any combination of behavioral signals (pages visited, time on site, items viewed, cart value), firmographic data (industry, company size, reverse-IP match), CRM attributes (lifecycle stage, plan tier, last purchase), or your own custom data layer. Combine them with AND/OR logic and save segments for reuse across personalization rules and A/B tests.
Can Personyze recommend products or content?
Yes. Personyze has built-in AI recommendations for products, articles, and any content type. Chain triggers with delays for journey-style automation (e.g. cart abandonment → email after 1 hour → SMS after 24 hours).
How are CRM contacts identified?
Several ways. The most common is a unique link parameter (e.g. ?uid=jacob_2847) in email, SMS, or QR codes — Personyze decodes the ID on click. But identity can also come from form inputs (such as a login email), cookies set by your auth or CRM system, or any JavaScript variable on the page. The moment any of these signals appear, Personyze pulls the full record from your CRM and personalizes accordingly.
